Okay, Autumn… you win. I didn’t want to believe that the Beach Body Programs would really be as amazing as seen on Instagram – but they are. They really are… Congrats. ⭐️

21 Day Fix | The Original

I first complete the original 21 Day Fix back in January of 2017. The first time through the program, I found myself completely motivated and on track with everything for the first two weeks. By week 3 I was struggling – but I finished it!

I tried many times to complete the program again, and never made it beyond week 1. I believe this is because in the original 21 day fix, you complete the same workout videos on the same days for 3 weeks in a row. It became really boring, and I literally couldn’t do it… #21dayfixfail

80 Day Obsession

In September of 2018, my youngest daughter turned 2 and I was still carrying the extra weight (perhaps plus some😉) from my pregnancy. (Welcome Baby # 3) I decided to give the 80 Obsession a try. I made it through about 70 days and then I went on a cruise.

21 Day Fix Real Time

Right after finishing Transform 20  I decided to give the 21 Day Fix Real Time a try! I’d heard great things about the program so I went for it! I LOVED the program.

If you are on a budget but want to try one of the programs you will probably want to start with the original 21-day fix.

Program Recommendations

The easiest of the programs is going to be the original 21-day fix. You get into a routine with the meal plans and the same workouts each week. If you are really structured or are trying to get into a fitness routine, this might be the best one for you.

After completing 80 Day Obsession and 21 Day Fix Real time, I have to say 80 Day Obsession might be easier than 21 ay fix Real Time… Crazy to say it – but with 80 Day obsession you complete weights in reps and the workouts will take you about an hour. 21 Day Fix Real Time you are doing many of the same moves but for an entire minute. I was much sorer after completing the 21DF Real Time workouts than 80 Day obsession.😱

If time is an concern, stick with the 21 day fix program. Each workout is only 30 minutes and you are going to get results (if you stick to the program).
